GREEN SMOOTHIE

2 handfuls of spinach or Tuscan kale

¼ cucumber

2 frozen bananas, sliced

1 cup frozen mango chunks

knob of fresh ginger, sliced (optional)

2 teaspoons protein powder or Wellaco Super Elixir Greens

2 cups almond milk

ice 

Place ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend at a high speed until creamy and smooth. Pour into glasses.
