2 tablespoons raw cashews

¼ cup buckwheat grouts

1 peach, sliced

3 oranges, juiced

1½ cups frozen raspberries

2 frozen bananas, sliced

pinch cayenne pepper, to taste


Place the cashews, buckwheat grouts, peach slices and the orange juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and decorate with favourite toppings like fruit, rawnola, homemade ice cream, hemp seeds or bee pollen, coconut shreds and serve.
